It is the small things that remind us that we are truly making a difference. It's wonderful to know that the tigers have had this tire for at least a month and a half, but they still find it interesting. Thank you to the donor who made these tires possible and thank you Katie for capturing this moment.

Thank you to Mike, who worked hard on the winter dens for the bears.
They spent a majority of their time cozy in the hay.

I have to take a moment to say thank you to our maintenance crew and everyone who dedicated their time and effort to prepare the animals for the winter. You all have done a wonderful job and have made a huge difference.

Thank you to all of the wonderful people that came to the sanctuary today. The animals were so happy to receive new enrichments and toys.
It was a wonderful success and hope that you will return for The Christmas treats on December 19, 2009.

I wanted to say thank you to everyone who is working together to make the "New Beginining" a success. All of the support and dedication from the staff and most importantly our supporters, has made an amazing difference. We hope everyone had a wonderful thanksgiving.
We look forward to the Holiday events and hope that everyone can visit the animals to see how happy everyone is.
